Who provides Kivo

Kivo is operated by Pragmatic Developments Inc. Questions can be sent to admin@pragmatic.onl.

Eligibility and safety

You must be legally able to use the service and purchase a subscription in your region. Stop activity and seek appropriate care for severe pain, chest pain, fainting, unusual shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, allergic reaction, or another urgent concern. Follow clinician advice over Kivo. If you have a condition, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder history, medication concern, or material exercise limitation, consult a qualified professional before acting on generalized guidance.

Estimates and your responsibility

AI output, food recognition, nutrition values, exercise calories, readiness, energy balance, and forecasts can be incomplete or wrong. Barcode and public food records may be community supplied. Review every estimate, choose appropriate loads and movement variations, use safe equipment and surroundings, and do not push through pain. Kivo may require confirmation before applying consequential changes, but you remain responsible for your choices.

Kivo membership

Kivo offers one complete auto-renewable membership with monthly and annual billing choices through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Both choices unlock the same Kivo features on the platform where you purchase. The store confirmation shows your localized price, billing period, renewal terms, and any introductory offer before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account after any displayed free trial. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings and restore an eligible purchase inside Kivo. Apple or Google handles billing, refunds, taxes, and purchase eligibility under its own terms.

Promotional, introductory, trial, and founder offers may be limited by the store’s eligibility rules and availability. Kivo will not charge outside the applicable platform store for digital functionality unlocked in the app. Ending a trial or membership does not delete saved Kivo data: read-only history, export, purchase restore, and account-deletion controls remain available. Managed AI is subject to reasonable fair-use, technical, and abuse safeguards so one account cannot degrade the service for others or create unbounded provider costs.

Accounts and connections

Continue with Apple or Continue with Google can protect Kivo history across devices using the same account type. You are responsible for maintaining control of your platform account and device. The public iOS and iPadOS release offers Apple Private on supported devices and Kivo Auto; Kivo Auto identifies Cloudflare Workers AI and asks permission before listed data is sent. Apple Watch does not send AI requests. If you connect an Open Food Facts account or compatible hardware, that third party’s terms and charges also apply. Do not provide a key or account you do not control.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, automate abusive traffic, bypass usage or subscription controls, impersonate another person, upload content you do not have rights to, or use Kivo to cause harm. Kivo may limit or suspend abusive access while preserving lawful purchase and account rights.

Content and licenses

Kivo’s app, brand, original interface, and original content belong to Pragmatic Developments Inc. Some exercise and food resources are used under their own public or open licenses and are attributed in the app or documentation. Optional contributions to Open Food Facts become public under the license you explicitly accept before upload.

Availability and changes

Kivo can change, improve, or discontinue features and model providers. Internet, Apple, Google, AI-provider, public-database, health-platform, and hardware services may be unavailable. Material subscription or data-use changes will be explained as required before they take effect.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kivo is provided “as is” without a guarantee of a particular fitness, health, body-composition, or performance result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, Pragmatic Developments Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of estimates, third-party services, unsafe exercise choices, or unavailable service.

Platform terms

Where Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement applies, it supplements these terms. See Apple’s Standard EULA. Android downloads and Google Play purchases are also subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

Privacy, termination, and contact

See Kivo’s Privacy Policy for data practices and the deletion guide for account removal. You can stop using Kivo at any time; deleting Kivo does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Kivo may terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law and platform purchase rights. Contact admin@pragmatic.onl.
