The fastest support path is Kivo Settings → Send feedback. You can include a clearly disclosed, coarse technical attachment—or turn it off. Kivo never attaches Health values, prompts, food details, photos, routes, passwords, or API keys. Account and session credentials stay protected by Android Keystore or Apple Keychain.
Before you send a bug
- Note what you tapped and what you expected.
- Try the action once more on a stable connection.
- Include the exact error wording, but never send an API key, password, store credential, or recovery code.
Common questions
Will TestFlight charge me?
No. Apple shows Kivo’s real membership confirmation so the subscription flow can be tested, but apps installed from TestFlight automatically use Apple’s sandbox. Activate the test membership when asked; no real payment is collected. Apple may renew and expire test subscriptions on an accelerated schedule.
How do memberships and offers work?
Open the Kivo membership screen on iPhone or Android. Apple App Store or Google Play securely displays the localized price, billing period, trial or offer eligibility, and renewal terms before you confirm. Kivo never asks you to send a redemption code, password, or payment details to support.
Why did Kivo Auto stop responding?
Kivo Auto has rate and monthly usage guardrails. A brief provider outage can also occur. Your plan, food log, workouts, and local coaching still work without the managed service.
Why is health data missing?
On Android, open Kivo Settings → Health Connect and confirm the individual read or write categories you want. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Kivo. Missing or denied health data is treated as unknown, not zero.
Will Kivo duplicate a watch workout?
Choose one recorder: Kivo on Wear OS, the Kivo Apple Watch companion, the platform workout app, or phone-only write-back. Kivo matches the resulting health-store workout without intentionally writing a second copy.
Can I change AI modes?
On iPhone and iPad, Kivo offers Apple Private on supported devices and Kivo Auto. Kivo Auto identifies Cloudflare Workers AI and asks permission before any listed data is sent. The public iOS and iPadOS release does not enable arbitrary AI endpoints, and Apple Watch does not send AI requests.
Safety
Stop exercising and seek appropriate urgent care for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, signs of a serious allergic reaction, or another emergency. Kivo cannot assess emergencies.
For ordinary pain, injury, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, chronic disease, medication questions, or a clinically prescribed diet, work with a qualified professional and place their guidance in Kivo’s health notes.
